The apartment has three rooms, two of them are for rent, the third room is occupied by the landlady. The landlady and her little poodle dog do not live in the apartment, they are usually coming at day time on Tuesday-Friday, the landlady is working (accepting clients) in her room, afterwards she leaves for the country where she is permanently staying. The apartment is in the very centre of the city with several supermarkets, groceires, cafes, canteens (Stolovayas) in a short distance. The landlady is agreeable, friendly and modern. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, wi-fi.
Rent fee is 200-300 Euros per month for each of the rooms.
