I can highly recommend my agent, Irina. While I was in St. Petersburg, Irina offered service well beyond the "call
of duty." She arranged a very nice flat for my out-of-town visitor (upon
10-hour notice!); drove me to the train station at 06.00; waited through a
1.5 hour delay of arrival; and then greeted and delivered my guest to her
flat with style and courtesy.
