One room, cosy and nice flat in Morskaya embankment 9, the 15th floor of a new 16-storeyed building on Vasilevsky Island. There is a folding couch and two folding arm chairs in the living room. The building is next to the Pribaltiyskaya Hotel and 200 metres away from the Gulf of Finland embankment. Due to the near-by Pribaltiyskaya Hotel there are a lot of restaurants and bars around and at the same time this is a quiet and safe area. The journey to Nevsky Prospect will take you just 10-15 minutes by shuttle bus. There is lots of them there and they run every 5 minutes.
The rent fee is 40-50 Euros per night
