The flats are located in the very heart of the city, their entrance faces the Square of Arts and The Museum of Russian Arts. The Philharmonic Hall, Grand Hotel Europe and Mikhailovsky Opera and Ballet Theatre are nearby, the supermarket in the departemtn Store Passage is next door. The metro station Nevsky prospect is 5 minutes walk. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around.
The flats are situated on the same stairs on the 4th floor, no elevator. There is a double bed, a pull out couch, a TV, a fridge, a jacussi, everything for cooking in the kitchen and local hot water heating in each of the flats. Internet.
