We may offer you apartments on our site both for long term rent and for short term rent. We may also find other apartments for long and short term rent according to your requirements not just on our site, but in the professional daily updated real estate database.
Monthly rent fees on our site are mentioned for long term rent.
One time agency commission for long term rent may be from half of a monthly rent fee (and even less) to a monthly rent fee.
Daily rent fees vary depending on the quantity of days and the season. No extra commission above daily fees on the site.
To reserve an apartment daily one must send one day rent fee deposit according to our request. Sometimes deposits for daily rent may be higher.
Reservation deposit is given to the landlord of the reserved apartment and in case of cancellation of the trip, the deposit is used by the landlord as the reimbursement of declined offers of other candidates.
Check in/check out is usually noon, though it is flexible when it is possible.
