Monthly rent fees on our site are mentioned for long term rent. One time agency commission for long term rent may be from half of a monthly rent fee (and even less) to a monthly rent fee. Daily rent fees vary depending on the quantity of days and the season. No extra commission above daily fees on the site. Check in/check out is usually noon, though exceptions are possible. Some of the flats may be not available (rented) so please, contact Irina and ask her for all particular details about the flat you would wish to rent.
